Keep the candle in sight when lit and keep it out of reach of flammable objects, children, and pets. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface. Light the candle and allow the wax to melt evenly. Extinguish the candle and wait 30 to 40 seconds before pouring the warm massage wax onto your back, hands, or any other area you wish to massage.
