ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS

You can feel the authenticity of a handcrafted product.

All our products are designed and handcrafted with passion and care in our Quebec workshop. This artisanal production method is at the heart of our identity and guarantees the careful attention paid to each creation.

Due to this manual manufacturing process, it is completely normal for slight variations to appear from one product to another. These differences may concern:

  • The color or shade of the wax, slightly influenced by the fragrance used or the ambient temperature at the time of pouring.
  • The intensity of the scent perceived, which can vary depending on the environment (room size, ventilation, humidity, etc.).
  • Small air bubbles or surface marks, inherent in working with natural wax.
  • The shape or details of the molded candles, which may differ subtly depending on the demolding conditions.

These unique features in no way compromise the quality, performance, or safety of our products. On the contrary, they make each candle or mist unique, reflecting the care and authenticity of our approach.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

A few very simple steps

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and other secure solutions . All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure maximum security.

Custom Orders

Orders that include customization (company logo, specific message, exclusive scent) require additional processing time. Confirmation and validation will be required before production.

  • Products

    Our products (candles, room mists, wax cubes, lip balms, etc.) are handcrafted.

    Product Features

    • Each product is described and presented with the greatest precision.
    • Colors, sizes and textures may vary slightly due to their handmade nature.
    • LesyPassion cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the photos and the items received.

    Precautions for use

    • Read carefully the instructions provided with our products.
    • LesyPassion declines all responsibility in the event of inappropriate use (see our disclaimer).
  • Price

    All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and shipping charges (unless otherwise stated).
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    LesyPassion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the rates applied will be those in effect at the time of the order.

    A confirmed order cannot be modified or cancelled except in exceptional cases (error on our part, stock problem).

  • Warranty and liability

    • Our products are manufactured with care, but we cannot guarantee an identical result for each item.
    • LesyPassion declines all responsibility in the event of improper use, allergies or deterioration due to improper storage.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Everything you need to know

We offer shipping within Canada and internationally . Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose when ordering. We ship within one to three business days. We are not responsible for delivery times after shipment. You get free standard shipping on any purchase of $100 or more in Canada.

  • Estimated Delivery Times

    Delivery times may vary due to periods of high demand or delays beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

    • Canada : 3 to 7 business days
    • United States : 7 to 14 business days
    • International : 10 to 21 business days
  • Modification and cancellation of order

    You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has already been shipped, please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section.

  • Order processing times

    • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • During periods of high demand (e.g. holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.
  • Responsibility

    • Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.
    • If you have any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
  • Shipment tracking

    Shipment tracking is available using the Live Chat in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can track your package directly on our website using your order number and email or with your tracking number .

  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight and destination of your order.
    We offer 25% off all shipments, and add coverage to every shipment to ensure your package is protected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A few very simple steps

At LesyPassion , we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you the possibility of exchange or refund under certain conditions. Any return or exchange must be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase, otherwise this policy no longer applies. We offer the possibility of exchange, if the candle is in perfect condition, for a candle of equal value or a gift card in the form of a promotional code sent by email. For any refund, the item being returned must be in perfect condition, without having been opened, lit or any breakage of the container. No return due to breakage caused by the customer will be eligible for an exchange or refund.

  • Products Eligible for Return

    • Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.
  • Products Not Eligible for Return

    • Custom orders (e.g., candles with logo, exclusive scents, engravings, etc.).
    • Products opened or used for hygiene and quality reasons.
  • Return conditions in case of breakage

    • You have 7 days after receipt to contact us if there is a problem.
    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging .
    • Personalized or made-to-order items are non -refundable except in the event of a major defect.
  • Return procedure

    • Contact us at info@lesypassion.com with your order number and photos if necessary.
    • We will give you instructions for return.
    • After receipt and inspection, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.
  • Return costs

    • At the customer's expense (except in the event of an error on our part).
    • No refund of initial delivery charges.
  • Reimbursement method

    • The refund is made according to the payment method used during the purchase.
    • It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a supporting photo. We will offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate.

LesyPassion products are carefully crafted from quality ingredients. However, their use is the buyer's responsibility. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • LesyPassion cannot be held responsible for any damage, allergic reactions or inconvenience resulting from improper use of its products.
  • It is recommended to read the list of ingredients carefully before use and to carry out a skin test beforehand to avoid any adverse reactions.
  • Our products are intended for external use only. They should not be ingested or used in any way other than their intended purpose.
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the use and storage of the products. LesyPassion declines all responsibility in case of mishandling, excessive exposure to heat, or improper use.

If in doubt or if you experience a reaction, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution or use, in part or in whole, of these contents without the prior written authorization of LesyPassion is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

The purchase of a LesyPassion product does not confer any right to reproduce or resell our creations in any form whatsoever.
