Return conditions

If your purchase does not suit you or you change your mind according to it, we offer you a possibility of exchange or refund according to certain conditions. Any return or exchange must be made within 60 days of the original purchase or this policy no longer applies. We offer the possibility of exchange, if the candle is in perfect condition, for a candle of equal value or a gift card in the form of a promotional code sent by email. For any refund, the item being returned must be in perfect condition, without having been opened, lit or any breakage of the container. No returns due to customer caused breakage will be eligible for exchange or refund.

Our policy
We carry out a verification of each of our products before shipment and that is why we offer you a guarantee on the quality and effectiveness of our products. We test and verify each of our products to see if their use is safe and effective before marketing. If your purchase does not meet the standards issued by the company, we will be happy to assist you. You are therefore eligible for a replacement if you encounter any technical difficulties.
